Ariel in Motion:I met Ariel last week when he sat in to observe how Fiel and I conducted the Applying Test Design training. Ariel's reason to observe was the fact that he was being positioned to take a few technical trainings... and his arrival will hopefully make our ranks more manageable.
Well this week, Ariel and I are conducting the same course he sat in on last week - after all, he has the technical background - he just needed to know the process.
Over-all, it seem that Ariel can handle this course, as he seemed able to carry the training - keeping it lively - and it seems he's even being aligned to cover other courses real soon. So here's to Ariel... long may he train.
